The automatic machines use vision-controlled device placement in the tape, checking for pin orientation. Custom tape and reel packaging enable transferring manual insertion to automatic placement during the SMT process, which contributes to time and money savings. Besides, dry packing service is also available for moisture sensitive devices.

To ensure accurate and efficient assembly, we require Gerber files (including all layers), a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format, Centroid data (Pick and Place file), and any additional requirements or assembly instructions if applicable.
